f. Photographs and video recordings
During the events offered by Share that wear GmbH, photographs and video recordings of the event may be made. The aim is to be able to produce an illustrated report on the event afterwards. In doing so, we process the recordings in accordance with the data protection regulations. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed at an event, please inform one of the staff members present during the event.
g. Copy or photo of passport or identity card
For the verification of users of the Share That Wear platform, you will be asked to upload a photo or a copy of your passport or identity card during registration. This is for the protection of all users. If you are a resident of Switzerland, this verification will be performed by Share That Wear. The verification will then be noted in our system and the photo or copy of your passport or identity card will be deleted.
4. Required information
For data fields in forms that are marked as mandatory or with an asterisk (*), providing the corresponding information is either required by law or contract, or necessary to enter into a contract, provide a service, or fulfill the stated purpose. If you do not provide the requested information, it is not guaranteed that we can complete a contract or provide a requested service or fulfill the stated purpose.

We may share your personal data with service providers, suppliers or other cooperation partners of Share that wear GmbH to process your orders, inquiries or registrations for events.
